Future Cruise Credit Enhancements - Dec 2021

World's Leading Cruise Lines would like to announce that enhancements will be made to all pause related Future Cruise Credits (FCCs) issued by Cunard, Holland America Line, P&O Cruises Australia, P&O Cruises World Cruising, Princess Cruises and Seabourn to provide guests with greater flexibility and convenience in the use of these FCCs.

Effective from 5 December 2021, your clients will now be able to use these Future Cruise Credits for the following:

• Allow guests to use FCCs to pay for other guests on the booking
• Allow FCCs to be used towards Flexible Air bookings via CruiseAir (P&O Cruises Australia)/EZAir (Princess Cruises)/FlightEase (Holland America Line & Seabourn)/Complete Air (Cunard)
• Guests can change/vary the applied FCC amount to each booking
• Commission payout at the final payment date for bookings finalised with FCC
• Ability to use FCCs to pay for any applicable cancellation fees
• Use FCC towards Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses (currently applicable for P&O Cruises Australia and Cunard)
